Welcome to our travel agency. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they form the basis of your agreement with us.
1. General Information
This agreement governs all bookings made through our agency, whether for domestic tourism, international travel, or religious journeys (Hajj and Umrah). Our agency, established in Egypt since 1995, operates in compliance with Egyptian travel and tourism regulations.
2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our official communication channels: website, authorized agents, or office.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as per the requirements of the selected service.

For Hajj and Umrah packages, booking is subject to availability and approval from the relevant authorities.
3. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the service and destination.

International and domestic tours typically require a minimum deposit (determined at the time of booking), with the balance due before departure.

Hajj and Umrah bookings require full payment according to ministry regulations and deadlines.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or in-person at our office.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation fees based on the date of cancellation.

Refunds are processed within 30 working days and may be subject to third-party deductions (airlines, hotels, etc.).

No refunds will be given for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.

Hajj and Umrah bookings are non-refundable once visa applications are submitted.
5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to a confirmed booking (travel date, package, passenger names) must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.

Changes are subject to availability and approval by our suppliers and authorities.
6. Travel Documents and Visas

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports (with at least 6 months validity), visas, and necessary travel permits.

We assist with visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval.

For Hajj and Umrah, all religious documentation and vaccinations must meet the requirements of the Saudi authorities.
7. Insurance and Liability

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, loss, or theft.

Our agency is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies).

In case of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics), we are not liable for service disruptions beyond our control.
8. Code of Conduct

We expect all clients to act responsibly and respectfully during their travels.

Any behavior that threatens the safety or comfort of others may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Hajj and Umrah Specific Terms

All packages are subject to the guidelines of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

Pilgrims must attend all required orientations and comply with group travel rules.

The agency is not responsible for changes imposed by Saudi authorities, including itinerary changes, hotel changes, or visa processing delays.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
